Quotes, modes, shipment requirements, and how we communicate. If your question is not here, our team is a message away.

Freight quotes

3 questions

Origin and destination ZIP codes, a pickup date, the type of freight, its weight, and the mode if you know it. For LTL, pallet count and dimensions help us price accurately. If you are unsure about any detail, leave it blank and we will follow up.

A specialist reviews each request as it comes in. Complete lane and freight details let us respond faster, and we will reach out if anything needs clarifying.

A quote reflects current conditions for the details you provide. Changes in weight, dimensions, dates, or accessorials can change the final rate. We confirm pricing with you before booking.

Shipping options

3 questions

As a rule of thumb, a few pallets usually fit LTL, while shipments that fill most of a trailer, are fragile, or are time-sensitive often run better as full truckload. Share the details and we will recommend the mode that fits.

Intermodal tends to fit long-distance lanes with steady volume and flexible delivery timing. Freight moves by rail with trucks handling pickup and delivery at each end.

Choose Expedited on the quote form and add your required delivery time. We will review options such as direct routing or team drivers.

Shipment requirements

3 questions

Freight class is a standard LTL carriers use to price shipments, based mainly on density and handling characteristics. If you do not know it, leave it as "Not sure" and share accurate weight and dimensions.

Accessorials are services beyond standard dock-to-dock transport, such as liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, or appointments. Listing them upfront keeps your invoice in line with your quote.

Most shipments move on a bill of lading (BOL). We will confirm what is needed for your freight, including any customer-specific paperwork.

Service coverage

2 questions

Tell us your origin and destination on the quote form. We will confirm availability for your lane and recommend the best mode.

Yes. Shippers with several plants, warehouses, or vendors can bring all their lanes to one team for planning and reporting.

Partnerships

2 questions

Yes. We build relationships with carriers and logistics companies across lanes. Visit the Partners page to start a conversation.

After you submit the partner form, we schedule a short intro call, share the setup documents we need, and match you with lanes that fit your equipment.

Communication

2 questions

We share milestones such as pickup, in transit, and delivery, and we contact you directly when something changes. Tell us how you prefer to receive updates.

You will have a named point of contact for your shipments. If something goes wrong, we tell you what happened, what we are doing about it, and when you will hear from us next.
